This module allows a member to retrieve its code (or the card number) in case he has forgotten it.

How it works

In the login box a “Did you forget your login?” link  is shown:

At this point, if the member clicks on the request, a new window appears in which the member is requested to fill date of birth and PIN code:

After pressing the confirmation button, the system will search the member by date of birth and PIN (adults). If found, the member will be notified about the code (or the card number) to be used for login:

Possible applications

Sometimes it is difficult for the new member to  know its code or its card number. In this way the access is easier without having to request their own code to the supervisor.
