What is that?

The new service offers anonymous users who visit your site to register as new members.

Once approved by the manager (you), the new member will be able to start renting on your  dispensers recharging his card through the banknote reader and / or credit card (depending on your configuration).

How it works

The system is based on super-easy one click operation: a click to register and your click to validate the member.

New member will be asked to compile a questionnaire for membership configurable for each videostore: the data required are name, email, country, zip code and date of birth. Other data (number and type of document, telephone, etc..) are at the discretion of the manager.

Once the new user has completed the questionnaire for membership, the wvcgi module will create a new member on WinVideo marked as “virtual” because he does not have access to distributors and a notification will be sent to the manager (you) via email or SMS.

At this point, the manager can validate the request and new member will be notified via email or SMS confirming the successful activation of the service and the PIN code.

The member can then log on to dispensers with zero balance and able to charge the card.

Recharge Card

For managers who already have a paypal account, gateway for online credit cards, etc. new members can recharge immediately the account. In this case, the confirmation of the manager is not required: the new member can immediately begin to RENT / purchase products without any further confirmation.

The service starts today the experimental phase and will be made available within 60 days.
