  • We guarantee the operation of these services and a technical service is provided directly by WinVideo developers.

Source code

All customizations and additions (macroes included) made to customers are in open code.
The source code of  WinVideo and related  modules can be inspected by the customers at our offices in Genoa (ITA).

SMS

What is

The SMS service allows you to send and receive messages through our SMS gateway with the certainty that the message will be delivered to the recipient. The message transits from WinVideo to our server.

How it works

The service is integrated with WinVideo and all modules can run either as a call for alarm distributor out of service, either as messages to users for delays, promotions or disclosure of PIN codes.
The service allows the recipient to send a response that can be accessed by the operator in your mail WinVideo (menu “Info”).

File transfer service

What is

WinVideo allows the import and export data between different centers (shops and / or distributors in different locations). These data are managed by our server to ensure security and rapid intervention in case of malfunction.

What is

Hosting service for internet bookings

What is

The hosting service for Internet bookings can free up bandwidth from your server so that all traffic on icons, forms, javascript, css forms, including multimedia forms trailer being operated by our servers, so as not to exhaust the available bandwidth on your ADSL connection.

What includes

  • The ability to manage the DNS of your dynamic IP so as not to be forced to purchase very expensive lines for static IP.
  • The updating of the booking form and intervention of our service center (24h/24h always active) in the event of problems at the software module without hourly restrictions.
  • The form of streaming video “Alfabat” for viewing the film online to the customer
  • The “automatic enrollment” in the next release, which allows you to enter a new user from the booking form.

DNS service for dynamic IP

What is

This service transforms your number of dynamic IP address into a valid url, example “miavideoteca.miofilm.com” or “miavideoteca.winvideo.net” so that your server is always accessible without having to type an IP , being dynamic, varies continuously.
This service is also useful for remote access connections to your store with VNC, pcAnywhere, etc..

How it works

Is installed, by us, a module called “wvdns” on any of your PC that will communicate at any time your IP in our DNS server

WinVideo Movie Databank

What is

The WinVideo Movie databank can automatically populate your movie record with these informations:

* Title of film
* Actors
* Director
* Description (plot)
* Image

with a simple click. In addition, from 1 September 2009 the service will be extended with the trailer!
